With a Bachelor's degree in Advertising & Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University, Kenneth Worles Jr. has spent years honing his craft and creating a name for himself as a self-taught communications specialist and entrepreneur. As a creative in Memphis,TN, Kenneth’s extraordinary ability to digest information and regurgitate spot on imagery makes him a gift and talent like no other.


As the Founder and Creative Director of Three(i), an award-winning marketing agency for do-good brands and organizations, Kenneth’s beliefs have become a catalyst for much of his work supporting campaigns, advocacy organizations and national brands reshaping our communities. 


As an advocate, Kenneth is committed to social justice and equity amongst the intersections of various inequalities. He has a strong investment in the Movement 4 Black Lives, has served on the Communications Committee for the National Urban League Young Professionals, and is an active member of the NAACP and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. 


In 2019, Kenneth was recognized as one of Memphis Business Journal's 40 Under 40 and the Greater Memphis Chamber's Young Memphian Awardees. As a creative, entrepreneur and advocate, Kenneth is an inspiration to all who comes across his work ethic, his talent and his infectious smile.
